EJAY FYKE

Mr. EJay Fyke currently serves as Community Affairs Manager at Vesper Energy where he spearheads the development and execution of community outreach initiatives across five states and over a dozen counties. Mr. Fyke manages substantial budgets for marketing campaigns, focusing on increasing public engagement and awareness of Vesper Energy’s initiatives. He also plays a pivotal role as a founding member of Vesper Energy’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, establishing policies and practices to foster inclusivity within the organization.

Mr. Fyke demonstrates his leadership and expertise as an educator, implementing innovative teaching techniques to engage students of varying abilities. He collaborated with fellow faculty members to create dynamic course materials and facilitated an internship program connecting students with political groups and candidates.

Mr. Fyke is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership at Mercyhurst University, building upon his foundational education with a bachelor’s degree in individualized studies from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Fyke’s commitment to community service is exemplary. He has volunteered with various organizations, including the Police Athletic League and Empower Erie, contributing to initiatives aimed at youth development and educational empowerment. Currently. Mr. Fyke serves as the Executive Director of Energize Erie, nonprofit focused on the development of the city’s youth. Mr. Fyke’s dedication has earned him prestigious awards, such as the City and State PA Impact Award and recognition in the Erie Reader’s 40 under 40 list.
