EJAY FYKE

Mr. EJay Fyke is an accomplished community affairs professional and passionate advocate for youth development and community service. Currently, he serves as the Community Affairs Manager, where he leads the development and execution of community outreach initiatives across multiple states and counties. Mr. Fyke has demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing substantial marketing campaign budgets, with a focus on enhancing public engagement and awareness of community initiatives.
A dedicated advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Mr. Fyke is a founding member of his organization’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, where he plays a key role in shaping policies and practices that foster an inclusive environment.
Mr. Fyke’s leadership extends to education, where he has implemented innovative teaching methods to engage students of varying abilities. He collaborated with colleagues to develop dynamic course materials and created an internship program that connected students with political groups and candidates.
Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership at Mercyhurst University, Mr. Fyke builds upon his foundational education with a bachelor’s degree in individualized studies from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Fyke has made significant contributions to community service. He has volunteered with numerous organizations, including the Police Athletic League and Empower Erie, focusing on youth development and educational empowerment. Currently, he serves as the Executive Director of Energize Erie, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the development of the city’s youth.
